01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Inspiring Travel Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal ("ITSL", "we", "us"). ITSL owns and operates Manage My Agency at managemy.agency and app.managemy.agency (together, the "Service").

"You" means the travel agency, tour operator, DMC or business that subscribes to the Service, and anyone who uses it on your behalf. By buying a plan, creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you are accepting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

02The service

Manage My Agency is a cloud-based software platform (software as a service) for running a travel business. It includes lead and client management, quotes and itineraries, bookings, vouchers, GST and TCS invoicing, ledgers, visa tracking, a WhatsApp inbox, AI-assisted tools and a marketplace for travel inventory. The modules available to you depend on your plan and any add-ons you buy.

The Service runs in a web browser. Nothing is installed on your computer and no physical product is delivered. Accounts are created by us after your purchase is confirmed; access is by invitation.

03Accounts and sub-users

You must give accurate business and contact details, and keep them up to date.
Each plan includes a set number of sub-user seats. Extra seats can be bought as an add-on.
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for everything done through your account, including by your sub-users.
Tell us straight away at sales@managemy.agency if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the Service.

04Plans, fees and taxes

Plans are sold on an annual basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate and shown on your invoice.
Fees are payable in advance for the full plan term, through our payment gateway partner or by bank transfer.
A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every payment and sent to your registered email.
Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
First Class plans are priced individually and set out in a written quote.

05Term, renewal and upgrades

Your plan runs for 12 months from the date it is activated.
Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before your plan expires, and you renew by paying for a new term.
If a plan is not renewed, access to the Service is paused at expiry until you renew. Your data is kept for a reasonable period so that you can renew without losing it; you can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
You can upgrade, downgrade or buy add-ons during a term. How refunds and price differences work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to store data you have no right to hold;
send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the WhatsApp features in breach of WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies;
try to access another agency's data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the Service;
copy, reverse engineer, resell or sub-license the Service, except as allowed in a written white-label agreement with us;
upload malware or content that infringes anyone's rights.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where it is practical to give it.

07Third-party services and travel bookings

Parts of the Service rely on third parties, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, hotel, activity and flight suppliers, payment gateways and Google Drive. Your use of those parts is also subject to the third party's own terms.

When you book travel inventory through the marketplace, the travel service itself is supplied by the relevant supplier. The supplier's price, availability, and cancellation and refund rules apply, and they are shown to you before you confirm the booking. ITSL provides the technology that connects you to the supplier.

08AI features

AI tools such as the quote builder, voucher builder, document OCR and business card scanner generate content automatically. The output can contain mistakes. Check it before you send it to a client or rely on it. Each plan includes an annual allowance of AI credits; unused credits do not carry over to the next term.

09Your data

You own the data you put into the Service, including your clients' and travellers' details. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including any consent needed, to collect and store your clients' personal data. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is done at quiet times where possible. Support is available on WhatsApp and email; Business and First Class plans get priority support.

11Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, templates and the Manage My Agency name and logo belong to ITSL. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business during your plan term. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". You remain responsible for your bookings, pricing, tax filings and advice to your clients; the Service is a tool to help you do that work.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if fees are unpaid, or if the law requires it. Refunds on cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
